Description of Rolling furnace
Rolling furnace is also known as: steel billet soaking furnace,
billet rolling furnace, billet preheating furnace, billet forging
furnace, billet baking furnace, billet continuous rolling furnace,
etc. It mainly acts on: steel billet after steel melting heat /
heat-transmission operation automatically rolls off and slides out
when the temperature reaches the preheating rolling requirement,
and directly enters the hot-rolling unit by the roller conveyor
mechanism, and passes through a series of operations such as
continuous rolling to meet the production requirements. IGBT

Selection basis
(1) Select power according to output and production beat
WJZ-200: heating output per hour: 500kg;
WJZ-300: heating output per hour: 750kg;
WJZ-500: heating output per hour: 1250kg;
WJZ-750: heating output per hour: 1500kg;
WJZ-800: heating output per hour: 2000kg;
WJZ-1000: heating output per hour: 2200kg;
WJZ-1500: heating output per hour: 3500kg;

Production beat (number of heating per minute) = hourly output /
workpiece weight.
(2) Select the frequency according to the size of the workpiece
The recommended frequency of the workpiece with diameter Φ20～Φ40mm
is 4KHz; the recommended frequency of workpiece with diameter
Φ40～Φ60mm is 3KHZ; the recommended frequency of workpiece with
diameter Φ60～Φ100mm is 1KHZ～2KHZ;
The 60*60 or 80*80mm billet is recommended to use the intermediate
frequency 6KHZ frequency; the 100*100 or 120*120mm is recommended
to use the intermediate frequency 3KHZ. More detailed parameters
about the frequency can be determined according to the workpiece.

Furnace size matching:
The intermediate frequency heating furnace or the intermediate
frequency preheating furnace is mainly matched with the inductance
of the power cabinet. Generally, it is customized by thick-walled
flat copper tubes or square tubes and round tubes. The number of
turns and the width and thickness of the windings mainly include
workpieces. The size of the shape is customized, and the overall
width of the furnace is customized by the production cycle of the
next process. The selection of the inductance is based on the
oscilloscope, and it is better to wait for the power cabinet to
reach the optimal state.
